I am so tired tonight. We have visited visitor centers today and saw manatees, alligators and all kinds of pretty birds. Its been a good day, now time for a nap when Momma, Grandma and Daddy eat dinner.

Our new campsite
We are in a quant little camp that so happens to be behind the Skunk Ape Research Center I am happy but Robin wasn't to sure about it when I told him about it. He made the reservations and found the place. I had nothing to do with it.
We are on the outside of the Everglades National Park. Our door is 5 feet from the swamp. Awesome but we are being extra careful with the dogs. Gator and snake bate is no joke here.

Great blue Heron and snake
We missed a perfect Kodac moment today a blue heron standing beside the road with a snake in its mouth. Of course no camera anywhere in sight. The drains and cannels are running deep due to all the heavy rains. It makes it nice for the birds because then the fish come through the side ditches making it easier for them to catch.
We saw a sea turtle that washed ashore unfortuntly he was dead very sad. Later we saw a turtle he was larger and diffently alive and moving quite fast for a turtle.

Mantees
We didn't see any yet but we are looking we are at Estro Florida tonight. A beautiful day enjoyong the ocean and picking up shells. It was in the 80's today with a nice breeze very nice.
Uncle Donald and Aunt Doris
It was nice visiting with Uncle Donald and Aunt Doris we went to church with them Sunday morning and had dinner with them a few times. It was nice visiting a good time was had by all except Sophie and I who had to stay home.

Another beautiful night
Another night on the beautiful Gulf. No sunset tonight clouded over but it was so beautiful that was ok. Perfect weather, good company, good food does life get better than this?
Uncle Donald and Aunt Doris
We met and had dinner with Uncle Donald and Aunt Dois tonight. suprise! they called and they live only a few miles from where are staying. Uncle Donald is grandpa Peavey's brother. Very special people who built Ebenezer Glen Orphange from the ground up. In Hati. They have a facebook now if anyone wants to look the orphange up. Making a donation is always appreciated also.

Tarpon Springs
Another fun day at Tarpon Springs. grandma loves shells so she got a box full. tomorrow we go to Honeymoon Island State Park.

i have met many new friends on this trip. Funny birds, gators and peacocks. Then there are the dogs,they act like I am one of them. Must be they don't know about furry babies. Jarvis, Buster, TJ and Max. So many more.
